Subtle Yoga Classes

Subtle Yoga is concerned with the flow of energy both within the body and the aura system. During the practice, one develops the capacity to sense our energy system and to work with it. The practice challenges our habitual concepts and expands our sensory perception to include subtler aspects of our being. Subtle Yoga taps into the innate wisdom of the body that comes to life through consciousness and focus.

Subtle Yoga is both a gentle and an intense practice. It helps develop calmness and steadiness of mind and body and a new appreciation of our reality.

The practice of Subtle Yoga that is taught by Mika Hadar is original. It explores ways of expressing abstract and subtler experiences in a tangible way, developing a vocabulary and method to help open awareness further.
