Subtle Yoga Retreats in Spain 2009
The next Subtle Yoga retreat will be held in Spain, from Thursday 19nd November to Monday 23th November.
Mas Collades is a delightful country house, north of Barcelona, dating back to the 18th century. The weekend will be an opportunity to relax in a lovely place with great food prepared by the owner, and with gentle practices of Subtle Yoga and self healing.
Subtle Yoga is concerned with the flow of energy both within the body and the aura system. The theme of the weekend is ‘Living in two bodies’.
The cost of the retreat is £300.00 excluding flight and transport. There are flights to Girona with Ryanair, or alternatively to Barcelona with other airlines
